Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Burleson, TX

Dumpster Rental · Burleson, TX

Dumpsters Delivered on Our Own Trucks

Roll-off dumpster rental in Burleson, TX comes with a fleet that already runs every day. We keep about 75 roll-off dumpsters and three roll-off trucks in the yard, and they haul the debris off our own house demolition jobs. The same cans are available to rent for a house cleanout, a remodel, a roof tear-off or a construction site. When a remodel starts with a gut-out, our interior demolition crews can do the strip-out and fill the can. Call with the address and what is going in the can, and we set the delivery.

Dumpster rental grew out of the hauling side of the company, which goes back years before Texas Best Demolition launched in late 2024. Our drivers set cans on job sites all over Burleson, Fort Worth and the southwest side of the Metroplex. They know where a truck can back in and where a can will sit level. That matters on a sloped driveway or a tight street in an older neighborhood.

Which Roll-Off Dumpster Size Fits Your Job?

Roll-off dumpsters come in a few standard sizes, and the right one depends on what you are throwing away. A 10 yard can holds about three pickup truck loads and is the usual pick for concrete, brick, dirt and other heavy debris. A 20 yard can holds about six pickup loads and covers most house cleanouts and roofing tear-offs. The 30 and 40 yard cans handle whole-house cleanouts, big remodels and construction sites.

Tell us what is going in the can, and we will tell you which size to order. Guessing small means a second haul, and guessing big means paying for air. Length matters too, since a 20 yard or larger can runs about 22 feet long on most fleets and needs a clear spot to land. Sizes on hand change with what our demolition crews are using that week, so call for what is available.

Heavy Debris, Weight Limits and What Cannot Go In

Concrete, brick, roofing shingles and dirt weigh far more than household junk, and the truck has a legal weight limit. A roll-off truck hauls about 10 tons at most, so heavy debris goes in a smaller can or fills a big can only partway. We tell you the fill line before the can lands, so the load can leave on the first trip. Clean concrete can go to a construction and demolition landfill instead of the household landfill, so keep it in its own can when you can.

Some items cannot ride in a roll-off dumpster. Paint, oil, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks and asbestos stay out of the can. Refrigerators and air conditioners cannot go in until a technician pulls the Freon. The Arlington Landfill turns away tires, batteries and hazardous waste outright, and the Turkey Creek Landfill in Alvarado sends chemicals and paint to a separate facility. If you are not sure about an item, ask before you toss it.

Where the Dumpster Sits: Driveways, Streets and City Permits

A can on your own driveway or lot usually needs no permit, and that is where most of ours land. Tell us if the driveway is new or the ground is soft, and we plan the drop around it. On the street it is different. Burleson requires a right-of-way permit to place any material on a city road or easement, and Public Works issues it. Fort Worth runs a temporary street use permit through Transportation and Public Works, with a $112.50 fee and three to five business days of lead time as of its April 2025 requirements.

Permits take time, so tell us early if the can has to sit in the street. Fort Worth also asks for a certificate of insurance naming the city, and a can that stays in the right-of-way longer than three days needs an encroachment permit with a daily charge. Most of the time the answer is simpler: pull the cars out of the driveway for a day and keep the can off the street. We serve Burleson, Crowley, Joshua, Mansfield, Fort Worth, Arlington and the rest of southern Tarrant and northern Johnson County.

FAQ

Dumpster Rental Questions, Answered

Common questions about dumpster rental across Burleson, Fort Worth & the southwest Metroplex. Don't see yours? Give us a call and ask.

Call (817) 564-4360

What can I not put in a roll-off dumpster?
Paint, oil, gasoline, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks and asbestos stay out. Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners cannot go in until the Freon is removed. Landfills around Fort Worth refuse those loads, and a can with the wrong item in it may not get dumped. Ask before you toss anything you are unsure about.
How much does a roll-off dumpster rental cost in Burleson?
The number depends on the size of the can, how long you keep it and what goes in it. Weight drives the landfill charge, so concrete and dirt loads price differently from a household cleanout. Distance from Burleson matters a little too. Call (817) 564-4360 with the address and the debris type and we quote it on the spot.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Most roll-off companies include 7 to 10 days, and a longer job can usually be arranged. Tell us your schedule when you order, and we set the pickup date around it. If the can fills early, call for a swap and a fresh can lands the same trip. If the job runs long, call before the pickup date and we push it.
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in the street?
In Burleson, yes. The city requires a right-of-way permit to place any material on a city road or easement, issued through Public Works. In Fort Worth a temporary street use permit runs $112.50 and takes three to five business days. A can on your own driveway or lot usually needs nothing. We help with the paperwork when the street is the only option.
Is it cheaper to rent a dumpster or haul it to the dump myself?
For a pickup load or two, the dump wins. Turkey Creek in Alvarado and the Fort Worth landfills charge by weight, run daytime hours six days a week, and require every load to be tarped. For a cleanout, a remodel or a roof, the can usually wins once you count the trips, the fuel and a full day of loading and unloading.

Why Choose Texas Best

Why Fort Worth-Area Property Owners Call Texas Best

Decades in the Work

A demolition company was built and sold here before this one. The company is new; the experience running it is not. About 20 people keep 17-18 house demos moving at once.

A Machine for Every Job

A Bobcat E88 fits through a backyard gate. A Kobelco 350 brings down a commercial building. Dozers, wheel loaders and skid steers fill the gaps, so the machine matches the lot.

Haul-Off Is Ours Too

Three roll-off trucks and about 75 dumpsters belong to the company. Debris leaves on our schedule, and the quote covers the finished state: teardown, loading, hauling, cleanup.

Southwest Metroplex Ground

Burleson is home. Fort Worth, Arlington, Crowley, Mansfield and Cleburne are short drives on known ground. The clay moves around here, and the dirt work is planned for it.
