What services do you offer?

Demolition and dirt work, start to finish. We tear down houses, commercial buildings, mobile homes and pools, break out concrete, and haul the debris off in our own roll-off trucks. Then we handle what comes next: excavation and dirt work, grading and site prep, building pads, and ponds and stock tanks on acreage. We also clear lots and acreage of brush and trees, and we rent roll-off dumpsters for cleanouts and construction debris. Our trucks bring in fill dirt delivery loads and haul spoil out, and we do interior strip-outs and selective demolition inside buildings that stay standing.

Do you do residential or commercial work?

Both, at the same time. Right now we run 17-18 house demolitions at once, and commercial projects run alongside them, including big-box retail work. Machines cover both ends: a compact Bobcat E88 fits a backyard gate, and the Kobelco 350 handles a commercial structure or a deep dig.

Who runs Texas Best Demolition?

A Burleson company with decades of demolition and dirt work behind it. The people running it built and sold an earlier demolition company here and have run dirt and dumpster businesses too. Texas Best Demolition launched in late 2024, and about 20 people work here now.

How do estimates work?

They are free, and they happen at the property, not over the phone. Demolition and dirt prices live in details you cannot see from a call: what the structure is made of, machine and truck access, and how much debris has to leave. We come look, then give you a number.

What happens to the debris?

It leaves on our equipment. We run three roll-off trucks and about 75 dumpsters, so haul-off is part of the job, not a separate contractor you have to find. When we finish, you have a clean lot or a graded pad, not a rubble pile.

Do you handle permits and utility disconnects?

Every city around here runs demolition permits a little differently, and utilities have to be off before a machine touches a structure. We tell you exactly what your address needs, help with the paperwork, and build the schedule around the disconnect dates.
