Monty Cain has spent decades in demolition and dirt work around Burleson. He built Burleson Demolition into a company worth buying and sold it, and along the way he ran roll-off dumpster, tree and dirt businesses. In late 2024 he came back to the work and started Texas Best Demolition, and the new company already runs bigger than the old one did.
About 20 people work here now. The yard holds excavators in every size class, from a Bobcat E88 up through Kobelco 140, 270 and 350 machines, plus dozers, wheel loaders and three skid loaders. Three roll-off trucks and about 75 dumpsters carry the debris, so a Texas Best job never waits on somebody else's hauler. Right now that fleet keeps 17-18 house demolitions moving at once, with commercial and ranch dirt jobs running beside them.
The goal is simple: when somebody around Fort Worth needs something demoed and starts looking, we want them to find us. Call (817) 564-4360. The estimate is free, and it happens at the property.
Burleson, TX · Home Base If the job needs a survey, a permit, or a different machine, you hear it at the estimate, not on demo day. The plan is set before anything gets torn up.
The number covers the finished state: teardown, loading, hauling, cleanup, grade. Priced from looking at the actual property, free, never guessed over the phone.
A job ends at usable ground: debris gone, dirt graded out, the lot ready to build on, sell or mow. Done means you would never know the mess was there.
Monty Cain built and sold a demolition company here before this one. The company is new; the experience running it is not. About 20 people keep 17-18 house demos moving at once.
A Bobcat E88 fits through a backyard gate. A Kobelco 350 brings down a commercial building. Dozers, wheel loaders and skid steers fill the gaps, so the machine matches the lot.
Three roll-off trucks and about 75 dumpsters belong to the company. Debris leaves on our schedule, and the quote covers the finished state: teardown, loading, hauling, cleanup.
Burleson is home. Fort Worth, Arlington, Crowley, Mansfield and Cleburne are short drives on known ground. The clay moves around here, and the dirt work is planned for it.
From the first look at the job to the final walk-through, here is exactly how it goes.
Call (817) 564-4360 or send the form. Tell us the address, what has to come down or what dirt has to move, and your timeline. We set a time to come look.
We price the job standing on the property, not over the phone. The number covers the whole job, including haul-off, and we tell you what has to happen before work can start.
Utility disconnects get ordered, the demolition permit gets handled, and any required survey gets lined up. The start date builds around those dates, and we keep you posted.
The machines do the work, the debris leaves in our own dumpsters, and the ground gets graded before we pull off. What you keep is a clean, usable lot.
A house or building that needs to come down, a slab or pool that needs to come out, dirt that needs to move? Call or send the form and we will look at the job with you and price the whole thing, teardown through cleanup. The estimate is free.
Tell us about your project and we will get right back to you.
