Crowley sits right above Burleson, and our yard and crews are based in Burleson. The trip up FM 731 takes about five minutes, so we are in Crowley most weeks. The town has grown fast, and the housing stock shows it. Older frame houses stand near Main Street in Old Town Crowley. We bring in smaller excavators when a machine cannot swing wide. Streets around Deer Creek and the FM 731 corridor sit on bigger lots with mature trees. Those give us room to load trailers without blocking traffic. Newer areas like Karis and Lasater Ranch are mostly full, so teardowns there are rare. Most of our Crowley work is an older house, a garage, a slab, or a pool.
Crowley runs its own permits through the city, and demolition needs a permit before we start. City guidance has also called for an asbestos survey with the demolition application. We plan the fall of the site before we move the first load.
