House demolition is the biggest part of what our crews do here in Burleson, TX. Right now we have 17-18 houses coming down at the same time around the Fort Worth area. Some are old rent houses on a tight city lot in town, and others sit on family acreage. We bring our own excavators, and our roll-off trucks carry the debris off the lot when the house is down.
Texas Best Demolition launched in late 2024, and the experience behind it goes back decades. Owner Monty Cain built and sold Burleson Demolition, and he has run dirt work and dumpster businesses. About 20 people work here now, and we own excavators in every size class. A Bobcat E88 fits a tight lot in town, and a Kobelco 350 handles a big house on acreage.

We look at the house first, then the lot size, the driveway and how close the next house sits. That tells us which excavator fits, where the roll-off trucks can back in and what has to move first. Power, gas and water all have to be shut off and disconnected at the meter before we start. We tell you which calls to make, and we build the start date around those shut off dates.
On demolition day the work is mostly the excavator and the roll-off trucks moving back and forth all day. The machine takes the house down in sections, and the operator sorts the wood, brick and metal. Debris goes straight into a dumpster, so nothing sits in a pile on your lot for weeks after. Most single family houses come down in a day, and hauling the load off takes a little longer.
Plenty of our house demolition jobs include a detached garage, a shop or an old barn out back. We can also take down just the garage or just the barn and leave the house standing. Old barns bring their own problems: rotted lumber, loose tin roofing and posts set deep in the ground. The excavator pulls the posts, and the tin goes into its own container so the metal load stays clean.
Sheds, decks and carports usually come out with the house when you want the whole lot cleared off. Trees and brush near the structure can go too, since we run dozers and loaders on these jobs. Tell us what you want to keep, like a well house, a fence line or a shade tree. We mark it before the machine starts, and the operator keeps the work well away from it.
We are based in Burleson, TX, and most of our house demolition work stays in the southwest Metroplex. That covers Burleson, Fort Worth, Arlington, southern Tarrant County and the north side of Johnson County. We do cross the Dallas County line for some jobs, as long as the work fits our truck schedule. Staying close matters, because every dumpster we set has to come back to us and get emptied.
We keep 17-18 house demolition jobs going at the same time, so our calendar moves pretty fast. When you call, we come out and price the job standing right there on the property, at no charge. Once the utilities are off and any survey work is back, we can set a start date. Call (817) 564-4360 and tell us the address, the size of the house and what is out back.

Call (817) 564-4360 or send the form. Tell us the address, what has to come down or what dirt has to move, and your timeline. We set a time to come look.
We price the job standing on the property, not over the phone. The number covers the whole job, including haul-off, and we tell you what has to happen before work can start.
Utility disconnects get ordered, the demolition permit gets handled, and any required survey gets lined up. The start date builds around those dates, and we keep you posted.
The machines do the work, the debris leaves in our own dumpsters, and the ground gets graded before we pull off. What you keep is a clean, usable lot.

View DetailsMonty Cain built and sold a demolition company here before this one. The company is new; the experience running it is not. About 20 people keep 17-18 house demos moving at once.
A Bobcat E88 fits through a backyard gate. A Kobelco 350 brings down a commercial building. Dozers, wheel loaders and skid steers fill the gaps, so the machine matches the lot.
Three roll-off trucks and about 75 dumpsters belong to the company. Debris leaves on our schedule, and the quote covers the finished state: teardown, loading, hauling, cleanup.
Burleson is home. Fort Worth, Arlington, Crowley, Mansfield and Cleburne are short drives on known ground. The clay moves around here, and the dirt work is planned for it.
